Returns Policy
The Consumer Contracts Regulations (previously known as The UK’s Distance Selling Regulations) allow you to cancel a contract at any time up to 14 working days after the day of delivery. If the goods we deliver are not those ordered or they are damaged or faulty, please advise us within 3 days of receipt so we can assist you in returning them to us, together with any original packaging. Please call us for a Returns Authorisation Number to enable to us to deal with the matter efficiently. Perishable goods such as coffee may not be returned unless damaged in transit.
We ask that you return the goods unopened and unused (except where damaged or faulty) within 3 days of receipt, complete with the paperwork enclosed with your delivery; any gifts or promotional items; accessories, manuals and original parts and original packaging, for a full refund or replacement. You are responsible for ensuring that the product is not damaged on its return journey and therefore recommend using a recorded delivery service with proof of dispatch and insurance, unless we have arranged collection. Risk of damage to or loss of goods being returned shall only pass to us at the time of delivery to us. Postage to be paid by you unless the goods are damaged or faulty.
Refunds will only be paid after we have inspected the returned goods, and the cost of repairing any damage or replacement of missing items deducted (where applicable).
Any discount given will be recalculated and applied to any refund due if one or more products are returned and the order reverts to a single product order.
We will only refund the cost of return postage where goods have been received by you damaged or faulty. If goods are returned for any other reason, no refund of return postage will be paid.
