Delivery Information

We aim to deliver your order quickly. Most items are dispatched for delivery within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, if ordered before 2pm, using Royal Mail or Courier Service.  Next Day delivery is not guaranteed.  If we expect your order to be delayed for any reason, such as high demand for a particular product or that the product you have chosen is out of stock, we will contact you.

We ask for a telephone contact number on the order form so that we can either let you know of your delivery time or if there is a problem with your delivery.  You will not be contacted for any marketing purposes.

Where products are delivered by Courier a signature will be required, so please ensure there will be someone available to take delivery of your order.

We currently deliver to any UK Postcode except those in the Channel Islands and BFPO addresses. This includes mainland England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales. *There is an extra charge for more remote deliveries to the Ireland, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Highland & Islands, Shetland and the Outer Hebrides. Please refer to our delivery charges listed below.  Deliveries to these areas will take longer and not be Next Day.  Please contact us for a quote if you wish delivery to any of the remote areas .

For security, ordered goods will  normally be dispatched to the address connected to your PayPal account or credit card. For delivery to a different address you will need to enter the address in the delivery section when placing your order, together with your home address as the billing address.

Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been cleared and authorised.

 Standard UK Mainland orders - FREE for Next Day Monday to Friday delivery, if ordered by 2pm.

Filter Papers ordered on their own will be dispatched FREE postage 2nd Class.
